BT robbing their customers

For the last year I have been chasing BT for billing issues relating to leased line rental.
April this year they finally admitted billing for a circuit that was replaced in 2020 & a mis sell of a circuit that was half the speed that we already have, & issued a credit for the money owed back which was a total amount owed....£36,950.96 !!!!!
3months after the issue of that credit note, we have not recieved a penny!
We have emails from:
Account management at BT (who are only concerned with sales)
Billing who continually promise payment with 3-5 working days
Chairman's complaint specialist who repeatedly say its being processed or needs further authorisation.
About BT account management....look up BTLOCAL BUSINESS on trust pilot, their ratings are truly shocking their rating ? 1.3
I would love to get a group together of all those who are owed money & look at getting pressure put on BT & BT locabusiness to get their house in order.
